Cristina, Olivia, Adolfo, and Ulises appear to lead ordinary lives, but beneath the surface, their desires and obsessions take hold. Meanwhile, Adolfo, a disillusioned veterinarian, fixates on his young neighbor Olivia, seeking to grow closer as she recovers from trauma. Their lives intertwine in unexpected and intense ways, driven by loneliness and longing.
