About this movie
Grace, a morphine-addicted nurse, is kidnapped by Evienne, a vampire who’s been hunting beneath Philadelphia for decades. But Evienne isn’t just a monster—she’s lonely, and she sees something in Grace that sparks desire. As the two women grow dangerously close, their relationship turns into a twisted romance charged with longing and control. While Evienne tries to hold on to her humanity for Grace’s sake, her jealous ex-girlfriend returns with a thirst for blood and revenge. Meanwhile, a vampire slayer closes in.
