About this movie
Kenji is a struggling office worker in his mid-50s. One day, while drinking with his junior colleague Hasegawa, Kenji noticed a young girl's gaze. His wife, Mako, had become domestic and lost her charm since their marriage. Because Kenji wasn't making love to her, Mako was having an affair with a younger man. After finishing his rounds of sales calls by car, Kenji drove to the suburbs and picked up a girl hitchhiking along the way. It was the same girl from the other day.
