About this movie
Koeda, a widow, was caught up in a forbidden affair with Tetsuya, the son of her late husband, Shozo Arai, despite the fact that they were step-parent and step-son. One day, Yuko—who had once been Shozo’s mistress—and a man claiming to be her son, Koji, came to visit. Struggling to make ends meet, Yuko asked Koeda to take Koji in.
