About this movie
After his boyfriend kills himself, Nathaniel hides behind the skirt of Ava, his best friend from high school, and contemplates asking her to marry him. But when she ropes him into taking a role in a burlesque play - that of an openly gay apostle named Bart - he begins to reconsider his decisions and find a new acceptance of his own sexuality.
